Ugh, this Striker gay subplot in Avengers Academy is so cringe inducing, it's so forced and contrived, I feel like I'm reading really bad Degrassi fan fiction.

Gage is such an up and down writer for me. When I like him I really like him, when I don't like him I REALLY don't like him.
However, I feel like in 2 issues he did more for the Runaways than any writer (not named BKV) has in YEARS.
(Plus Julie Power and Karolina Dean are so cute together.)
