Not really.

I've lost tons of stuff, but almost never find them.

Seriously though...does anyone really "lose" their virginity?

Losing it implies that it was an accident like you slipped and fell onto a hole or bent over at the wrong time or something.

I don't know about anyone else but I was fully cognizant of what was going down and the end goal was always my objective. No happenstance at all.

Here's an odd one for you:

I had a comic book, it was "What If: Wolverine Was The Lord of the Vampires". I loved that comic, but it was in trashed shape. Sue me, I was a middle schooler.

So, one day while I was cleaning my room, I threw it away. And then, the next time I was cleaning... I found it again. Throughout my youth, I threw that book away a bunch of times, and it always came back!

I took it as a sign, so now I have a copy I keep safely. I also bought a key art page from the artist! :P

I have that comic too. It's in a box somewhere.

I lost a Batman comic written by John Ostrander with art by Mike McKone and a cover by Dick Sprang (mid 80s). I never found it.

I've lost my Amazing Spider-Man comic cd. That's the equivalent of losing 500 issues.

(Though it might have been stolen at my last job. There was one guy who was real shifty.)

I used to have a copy of Cable #1 (of 2), his first self-titled mini-series. I liked the first issue, but never had a copy of the second issue. I eventually left it with my folks when I moved away from home.

A couple of years ago I found a box of comics in an antique shop and it had both issues. They were priced a little higher than they were worth, but I wanted to finish the story. No regrets.

Detective Comics #622 thru 624 featured that story. It's one of those.

I can totally see you losing your virginity into a hole.
