So, I guess it was inevitable, with all of the would-be-batmen running around Seattle and other cities, that someone would pop up to play bad guy. This could just be a joke, but I really hope the guy is serious. Because I want to see how stupid this can get.

its funny, because that phoenix jones guy actually thinks he is a superhero. i'd love it if he found and beat this guy up.

its obvious that hes just having fun with this. Although there's obviously something wrong with Phoenix, this seems like picking on the handicapped kid. The video is just an elaborate and jokey way to say that these self made "superheroes" are hilariously bad.
