IIRC, bk is an admin - meaning he can create Loltron threads, edit front page articles, and - probably - deal with rouge forum threads, like when Loltron goes crazy. Since it had nothing to do with banhammering / giving some one a strike / a report issue he locked a thread the OP asked to be locked

Fixed the title, but correct otherwise.

BK, Jude, Super, Starlord, and GLX have the ability to handle technical issues with the site but don't make disciplinary calls.

Not questioning his reasoning just thinking that locking threads was a feature we the posters have been asking for for quite some time now but were told we couldn't have it because we couldn't be trusted with it. And yet here's BK who's listed only as an editor and therefore is under no obligation to avoid drama then any of the rest of us having the ability to use it.

It was a thread about bringing a newborn to a movie. The original poster wanted the thread locked and BK locked it. This is full of drama for some reason.
