It's a quieter scene but I would include the Silence of the Lambs scene with Loki and Widow.
and Coulson shooting Loki.

-The big argument between all the Avengers where every line is awesome.
-The confrontation between Loki and Iron Man.
-Black Widow's 'interrogation.'
-Black Widow's scene with Loki.
-Coulson's death scene.
-All the stuff on the poll.
-Virtually every other moment.

Yeah, and so many other great lines like "Shakespeare in park?" or the retort to "Take that away, what are you..."

No poll could be large enough to list the awesome moments in this movie.

Hulk smashing Loki was my pick but... Hulk punching Thor was soo close. I can't wait to see it again to see the small things I missed.

I think there is a line in which he tells Agent Coulson "Tony stark not here you are talking to his life model decoy" or something like that.
