Vertigo Boding Alert: Sweet Tooth to End with #40

Jeff Lemire's series to end with #40 in December


Jeff Lemire announced today on his blog that his creator-owned series Sweet Tooth would be ending with a double-sized issue in December.  Lemire stressed that, unlike iZombie, the series was ending naturally and was not due to low sales. 

Lemire has seven issues left on the series, which still has a ton of questions left to answer.  Lemire promised that revelations would be forthcoming in the remaining issues and vowed to leave everything on the ice with the final chapters of his series.

This is depressing as I am a fan of of the writer and the book has progressed in the last few years it has been very good?
