Arcade - his gimmick was not even interesting once. It's astonishing how many times they've gone back to the well with him. I think PAD did an interesting Arcade story once, that's about it.
Bova and 'her kind' - they just really suck.
I'm sure I'll think of more.

Hal Jordan
Barry Allen
Batgirl Barbra Gordon (And Gail Simone hasn't convinced me one bit otherwise)
Jessica Drew as Spider Woman, as I have no problem with her being an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Jessica Drew is the only cool Spider-female.

That's a complete negative Dragavon. Jessica Drew wishes she was Julia Carpenter and Mayday had a much stronger story-arc from start to finish. Hell, I rather read about Anya in a well-crafted comic with progressive storytelling than read about Drew.

Jessica Drew only got a good ass and a pair of tits. That's all. Mattie Franklin had more character than Jessica Drew.

My biggest adversion to it is that it overcrowds the universe. It shocks me at this point and time that there's any room left in New York City, for example, for anyone without superpowers.

I am surprised there isn't a comic ( none that I know of anyway) starring a lone
normal human trying to live in a world where
everyone have superpowers.

I'm not sure if you're serious or not, but just in case...

There was a Darkwing duck episode like that where Darkwing was brought to a planet populated entirely by superheroes and IIRC as a consequence he was constantly being "rescued" from even the most mundane situations because without someone to rescue the superheroes had nothing else to do.
