Benderbrau: Greg: Unwrapping the riddles of the black man since 2006

Starlord: I swear if you were gay and I wasn't married we'd make the perfect fuck buddies.

Greg: I'd do many things. Coke is not one of them.
Benderbrau: Greg hates all things white.

Benderbrau: Emma, you could learn a thing or two from Greg. Greg does threesomes. That's bi done right.

Tom Gabel, the lead singer of Against Me has come out as Transgender.

Surprising to say the least, but good for ... him ... well, I guess it's her now.

Always thought he was kind of cute, well, not like I had a shot BEFORE either.

It's an other board thing. Don't worry about it.

Most importantly, you just gotta let it go. Anxiety is the enemy of good sex. Relax a little, guy. If someone was willing to have sex with you once, someone will be willing to do it again. Just figure out what works for helping you feel relaxed and open and then focus on the both of you having a good time.

Yes, I definitely need to relax. I guess the fact that I'm so inexperienced in this makes me feel insecure. Anyway, I'm sure next time will be better (it can't go worse, anyway).

Oh, and meanwhile I'm helping one of my friends to do a show for cable TV. So I met Luciano Mazzetti yesterday on a television set. I actually gave him directions as to what he needed to say. He's a chef / model. Clearly, he could be very successful doing both things. And he's such a nice guy. He kept smiling at me, but I think he just flirts with everyone (men and women).

Isn't he cute?

Oh, you're coming all the way here just to meet me. That's so nice of you.

By the way, yesterday when I met Luciano I had no idea who he was. The director of the show told me his name and that he was a chef and that was it. When I got home I googled him and found a lot of pics. I'll probably see him again next Tuesday, as we have to shoot the second episode of the show. I'm just loving this new job (well, it's more like an internship at this stage, but it's still quite promising).

Yes, finally. It has been all of a sudden, really.

I bumped into an old teacher of mine in one of those art galleries I always go to. she's now directing and supervising this TV show. And she's doing a lot of TV related stuff, but so far I'm only doing this health program (which I thought it'd be boring, but now that I know Luciano is going to be there, I'm very excited about it).

Did anyone in this thread ever watch Weekend? I usually avoid LGBT cinema because more often than not, I just feel like they're trying to pander to me (kind of why I avoid a lot black cinema as well) and not trying to tell a good story. This, on the other hand, was a really well-acted/written film. The sexuality of the characters was important, but it wasn't the focal point of the movie, it was ultimately just about two people who found a deeper connection than they intended. Which I really liked.

Haven't seen Weekend.

But I have seen a lot of LGBT cinema and it's not all bad, you just have to make a careful selection. Check my blog at the beginning of every month, I make a list there of the films and short films I've seen in a month, and I make recommendations.
