I was waiting this whole episode to see just how much of Roy's comic book continuity they would apply to the show. Its interesting that they basically substituted his drug addiction with his unyielding quest to search for the real Roy. He has let this search consume every corner of his life.
What bothers me is the fact that Roy is conducting this search on his own. We got the idea that the League helped for awhile...but how are we supposed to believe that with their near infinite resources, that they couldn't find
something? I mean, its been five years!
Finally got to at least see Wally, even if he wasn't in his Kid Flash/Flash costume. Artemis sighting as well!! So thats everyone now from the first season accounted for. I guess Wally and Artemis just stopped being heroes for some reason.
Not only did they stop being heroes, they moved in together! I wonder if Young Justice will simply replace Linda Park with Atremis. As much as I liked Linda, I have to admit that I wouldn't hate this idea. That being said, I can't wait to see these two back in action soon.
Jade and Roy are married and had Lian, thats just awesome!
Agreed! However, its just another mind boggling example of how easy it is for this show to continue to reinvent the DC universe for both newer and older fans alike. How can Young Justice do this so effortlessly each week, when the DCnU is struggling so badly?
I am really intrigued by Sports Masters shadowy partner, it obviously has to be someone from Apokolips but I can't figure out who yet.
I suspect that with the similar use of powers as Blue Beetle, the shadowy partner will be revealed to be Black Beetle.
