My theory - eltopo has converted to Mormonism and has given up drinking and comics. He's now studying to become a missionary and undergoing laser tattoo removal.

my theory is that he got jealous when Emma and I were making lewd remarks about his new girlfriend. That, combined with the aforementioned block at work (although, if I recall, he had found a workaround and was posting via a remote desktop connection to his home computer), and a general lack of interest in this place's new status quo is what I believe has caused topo to stop posting here (except to promote molehole radio).
