They are age 4 and almost 6. I took the almost 6 year old to see Phantom Menace in 3D and she behaved and was quiet through the movie. The 4 year old I think has a better attention span for sitting through movies. I am slightly anxious that controlling both at once will be problematic, but I think it might be okay at Sunday matinee showing. What do you guys think? This will be Phoenix's second full movie in theaters, and Cora's first.

Took my five year old nice last weekend. She had a good time through most of the first two acts. Loved when the Hulk showed up. Got a little scared when during the attack on the Helicarrier bridge when people were getting shot and asked "Is this really happening?"
When I said "no it's just a movie" she was ok again. Though she got tiered and fell asleep for the third act. You know ... the part she would have loved.
I also had her close her eyes when Loki stabbed the guy in the eye. Just in case.

We took Connor last week he is almost 6 and it had his attention for the full 2 and half hours. He was a little scared when the Hulk first showed up and was chasing around Black Widow. By the end of the movie he was cheering right along for everyone else for the Hulk. So I think your girls will enjoy it very much!

Have they ever seen you dance? If so, nothing will scare them.

I'm on the fence for my seven year old. While I think he will be ok attention wise there are some screens that may be too intense for him. Then again he has told my wife and I on several occasions that he loves violence so why should I worry. Though the other issue is convincing my wife that he can see the movie, as she has pointed out to me on several occasion this is the same child who freaked out into tears when Luke left Yoda and Ben to go rescued his friends in Empire Strikes Back because he was afraid Luke would turn to the dark side.
So, still on the fence.

I think they can handle the content. They watch cartoons aimed at older kids. It's more that I fear if one of them misbehaves and I have to leave, it would suck for the other one if they're behaving. But it would be a nice experience if the three of us can see it together.

If it's fine for a baby, it should be fine for them.

My brother took his girls, one of whom is 6 to see it over the weekend. She loved it.
You should be fine.
It's not like you're taking them to see Saw
