So I was thinking about the Weeping Angels this morning and...

In "Blink" we learn that they kill people "kindly" by tossing them in to the past and then feed off of the potential energy that person would have had if they weren't sent to the past and lived thier life normally. Also - it's presumed that those 'killed' get sent to sometime before they are born (with an affinity for some reason to 1969).

This all makes sense for known victims: Kathy, Billy and Martha. But what about the Doctor? His 'potential energy' should be huge by comparison and should have been a game changer for the Angels.

Don't know if this can be reconciled other than just blowing it off as "Blink" is still one of the best hours one can spend in front of the tube.

So last night we finally watched the final "new" episode of the Doctor and it was their Christmas Special. That seems to have been the end of season 6. Is there another season coming out?

I'm still not a big fan of the boy... but this last Christmas Special was my absolute favorite.

Series 7 later this fall (6 or so episodes) then a Christmas special, then another 6 or 7 eps later in 2013.
