Er, no. That isn't even alleged. There's no evidence that Martin "ran away" from anything. He was merely wandering in the general direction of his destination. And there's no allegation that Zimmerman "chased" him, either in a truck, or on foot. He did look for him, but that's not the same as "chasing" him. All the evidence, physical, tapes, and eyewitness, is either inconclusive, or supports Zimmerman's account. None of it supports the Martin family's ever changing theory on what happened, or the prosecution account, (and hey, prosecution, I'd like to see how you present that "racist against blacks" bit on a guy who's part black himself---especially since you have nothing to back it up, and plenty that says otherwise).
There might however be enough evidence to support a perjury charge against the prosecutors for their arrest affidavit.
