I've yet to see it say anywhere whether Zimmerman drew and/or showed his gun in any way until right before he killed Trayvon with it. If Zimmerman DIDN'T, then that means Trayvon was beating the absolute crap out of (what he thought was) an unarmed man, when he could have just ran away after flooring him with the first punch. That would blow away most people's arguments that Zimmerman forced the situation. The media certainly liked to point out that Trayvon was unarmed and had only "skittles and a drink". But its very possible that Trayvon thought Zimmerman was unarmed, even while he continued bashing his head onto the concrete, instead of just running away.

He did run away.....alot....the other guy, Zimmerman was in a truck. Also chased after him. How many times does someone have to run away or how far until they just have to start to turn around and whup someone's ass that wont take "No" for an answer?

Er, no. That isn't even alleged. There's no evidence that Martin "ran away" from anything. He was merely wandering in the general direction of his destination. And there's no allegation that Zimmerman "chased" him, either in a truck, or on foot. He did look for him, but that's not the same as "chasing" him. All the evidence, physical, tapes, and eyewitness, is either inconclusive, or supports Zimmerman's account. None of it supports the Martin family's ever changing theory on what happened, or the prosecution account, (and hey, prosecution, I'd like to see how you present that "racist against blacks" bit on a guy who's part black himself---especially since you have nothing to back it up, and plenty that says otherwise).

There might however be enough evidence to support a perjury charge against the prosecutors for their arrest affidavit.

You throw around words, like "bigot" without backing them up. There's nothing inherently bigoted about the facts of this story. In fact, most of the bigotry surrounding this story revolves around the way the media portrayed both Zimmerman and Martin without waiting for any sort of evidence.

the two biggest problems here. no one is here is "OK" with a senseless killing. Second problem, dude was brutally attacked for following someone. You would defend yourself if you were in Zimmerman's position as well.

I don't think anyone is saying that Zimmerman is noble, or smart, or anything like that. He just annoyed some dude who then attempted to kill him, and paid with his life. Its a sad story, but to paint Martin as some poor, helpless, kind kid is completely wrong. This is the same kid that bragged about beating random people up on twitter.
