It's not Where The Red Fern Grows. That's a fucking punch to the gut.

I remember seeing Transformers the Movie (animated) when I was a kid, and I cried when Optimus Prime died. My brother still give me hell about it.

Now, just about any movie where the pet dies in the end. Or a dad movie like Field of Dreams or Big Fish.

Red Fern (the book) made me cry when I read it in the fifth grade. However, it did make watching the movie bearable as I knew what was coming.

None. I'm a man.

Seriously, though, I can't think of any films that have made me shed a tear. Books have. Comics have. Not films. Maybe some TV shows.

I cried at the end of The Karate Kid. The Karate Kid. Johnny Lawrence works hard to make it to the final of the All Valley Karate Tournament, then some kid from New Jersey of all places uses a foreigner to cheat Johnny out of his victory. Very sad.

I also cry at the end of The Terminator. A robot obeys its programming and attempts to defend itself against the humans that are trying to destroy it. They then trick it into getting crushed and don't even try to help!

The Green Mile. I knew beforehand that John Coffey would die because i had read the book, but I still cried. Did anyone cry at the end of United 93? For some reason, that hit me pretty hard.

I damn near shed a tear near the end of "Source Code," when they did the slow-motion pan around the train, when "Sean Fentress" thought his eight minutes were up, and they showed Jake Gyllenhaal's character getting his plug pulled and what had happened to his body, when Vera Farmiga's character said, "Thank you for your service."

*Sniff, sniff* "Damn it, Diana...If I'd known they would trade us in for a JT Krul-written Captain Atom and "The Savage Hawkman," I'd have let Superboy-Prime destroy all reality."

"Superman flies and is really strong...what the fuck else do you need to know?!" -- Hitler, expressing his displeasure about DC rebooting and complaints about continuity

I'm a man, and as a result I don't cry.

I may get choked up, but tears are for women and sissy men

No TV show has made me cry like Scrubs. For a goofy comedy, it has had more truly intense moments than any drama in recent years.

If we are talking TV, there's one thing that stands above all others.

Season 5 finale of The Shield is the saddest thing ever and will make anyone that watches the show cry. It's fucking impossible to watch.
