It's important to note that when Readers was describing the version of the Executioner that he'd like to see he basically described Bane from Batman and Robin.

She didn't cameo because Marvel wanted to keep cameos to a minimum unless the character was important to the film (see Dr. Selvig). RDJ had to convince the studio to put Pepper Potts in the film; there was no reason to include Jane Foster.

I, for one, am glad casting directors don't take their cues from comic con cosplayers.. they're bad enough as is, without encouragement from Hollywood! :lol:
