When civilization falls and mankind is forced to resort to cannibalism to survive, we're going to hunt down and eat all the vegetarians first.

They're free range, organically fed and hormone free! I bet they'll taste just like chicken. ;)

How so? All Siegel and Shuster ever did was rip off Burroughs and Wylie.

Superman is just a mash up of John Carter and Hugo Danner dressed up in Falk's tights, it's not like those hacks invented the wheel.

If anything Waid is crediting them too much by saying they were inspired by an aspect of Plutonian.
