Walking Dead TV: First Image of The Governor

It's a picture of David Morrissey as The Governor in AMC's The Walking Dead TV show! How exciting!

This intrepid reporter knows that The Walking Dead is serious business, and as such, I have decided to bring in super-serious unfunny Outhouse news correspondent Stoneman to cover this story. Take it away, Stoneman.

Stoneman: Thanks Jude. The Walking Dead is a telvision adaptation of Robert, yes, that's Robert, not "Fat Bob," Kirkman's Walking Dead zombie comic. Fans of the comic know that The Governor is a major villain in the series and have been anticipating his appearance. TVGuide, a useful and reputable website, has obtained the first image of the actor David Morrissey, no relation to the asexual British singer who is my idol, in the role. The Outhouse is proud to present it to you for your viewing pleasure below. Please keep all comments to a responsible, mature standard as befits news of this stature.

Huh, I guess I always sort of pictured the Governor looking a little more like Danny Trejo. Oh well, as long as they get the character right and somebody starts watching Carl then it should be alright.

You know what? That might be literally true. After the controversy generated by Michonne's rape Kirkman said that if he had the chance to do it again he would have used Glenn instead of Michonne.

So they really might have changed him to a gay rapist with an Asian fetish.

(I also wonder if curiosity about the blacked out text will be enough to get people to read major spoilers).
