Talon -- i really don't see any way they can wrap up Court/Night of Owls (which i'm loving) such that it opens up a Talon book i actually want to read, esp. if the art is being given to a cheesecake artist like March; probably out

Sword and Sorcery: i don't know Marx, but i'm sold on the other 3 creators, i love Amethyst, and this sounds like a book that will fit in well with stuff like Demon Knights, which is the most consistently readable area/genre subclass of the DCnU; in

Team Seven: absolutely no interest; and if Slade and Dinah and Cole Cash are team members, i'm guessing Deathstroke, BoP, and Grifter are 3 of the 4 books soon to be announced on the chopping block; out

Phantom Stranger: when it comes to the Stranger, i'm like the anti-bkthomson...i LOVE the guy; but with his current "origin"/identity reveal, and with this rumored writer...DC couldn't get me to read this book if they gave me the rest of my pull list for free; OUT

Geez, did none of you read OMAC or the Blackest Night All-Star Western? Didio can write a fun story.

I'll give them all a first issue try. Of the four listed, the only one that doesn't grab me that much is Team 7.

Depending on how Night of the Owls wraps up, I may give Talon a shot. Although, I am really disappointed that Snyder will not be the writer.

I really want to be excited for the Phantom Stranger but not the DCnU, maybe Judas Iscariot version of the character. Call me crazy but I don't think that there is any conceivable way that Barry Allen could have altered time so badly that it effected the origin of an entity as powerful as the Phantom Stranger.

Or rewrite The Bible, for that matter. Apparently nobody at DC read the part where Judas committed suicide by hanging.

I'm not sure how that would necessarily negate him being The Phantom Stranger.

To be fair, superheroes appeared before those issues - Supes, Bats, GL, Flash, Wonder Woman and Aquaman at least.

Superman did NOT appear before Action #1 (and nobody else appeared before him) -- that's one of the central points of the whole reboot!!
