Portugal are basically just Ronaldo and friends, event decent players like Nani and Pepe don't seem to perform for them.

Was watching Greece's match at a bar with friends. Those yellow cards were bullshit and Samaras needs to go leave the squad.

Russia played amazing. Dzagoev dominated the game and Arshavin was an actual threat after looking like a massive pile of fail during his entire Arsenal run.

I just don't understand why Arshavin doesn't play like that for Arsenal, it's not like he played centrally today, he was out on the left. I don't get it, he's an infuriating little pixie man.

pepe is a butcher,nani and coentrao are big names along ronaldo,but as a whole i dont think they pose much of a threat

Nani is invisible for most of a game and then when people start questioning what his role is only then does he come to life. And yeah, Pepe is evil.

Can't wait to see Italy vs Spain, the air will rack up a record number of tackles. And Xavi is coming off like a fool, he said that "history will not remember Jose Mourinho" due to him being an inferior coach to Guardiola, the man who denied Chelsea's Chamions League dreams.

Upset!

Denmark beat Holland 1-0! The Dutch were very profligate, Van Persie, Huntelaar and Robben missed sitters but there was a definite handball late on.

Could Holland fail to qualify from the group? They'll need to beat Germany and Portugal now.
