That's true. But it doesn't change the fact that they aren't canceling it because it's doing poorly, they aren't canceling it because it's poorly reviewed, and they aren't canceling it because they don't want an Avengers cartoon on the channel. And it doesn't change the fact that Loeb has been involved in many shitty products and the actual words he's chosen to use seem to be a cause for concern.

I'm not a Loeb fan. He seems like a nice guy, and hopefully the show will be good, but in the past he's been involved in the worst seasons of some TV shows, his time on Heroes led to the show falling off a cliff in particular, his comics work is mostly garbage, and the history of Marvel doing cartoons outside of Spider-Man and the X-Men is really really spotty at best, and now we've seen two really great shows (and one good show with Wolverine and the X-Men) canceled in recent years.

Again none of this had anything to do with Loeb. God I hate to sound like I am defending the man, and I get where you are coming from with the concern about him having any position of power when it comes to Marvel in anyway, but with as successful as Marvel is doing right now with their movie properties I really don't expect them to put our a truly shitty animation property either.

And there is going to be another Avengers show that is going to come on once this one is gone. I am just as angry as the rest of you that AEMH is gonna end, but it's not like there is not going to be another Avengers cartoon ever again. I mean the movies have been way to successful for them to not capitalize on them, so there will be more. Do we know if they are gonna be as good as AEMH? No we don't. Do we know they are gonna be worse? No we don't, despite how many of us claim to be able to tell the future of a comic book or show based on what some dipshit on the internet says was written in a interview. Just enjoy the show now, get the dvds and watch them whenever you and your kids want to. Then when the new show comes out give it a chance and see if it's any good or not, hopefully we will all be surprised by how good it is.

Why take that chance? Why be optimistic when they are canceling something good for dubious reasons to replace it with something that, from the words expressed by the person in charge, and given the example of another show that also replaced a good show which fits his vision of what he wants for The Avengers, will be inferior? There's plenty of reasons to be concerned about this.

No I'm not "best friends with him." i'm upset as well that the show is ending, i was upset when they hinted at it ending before Loeb took over.

Most cartoons get 52 episodes.. that's the norm for a cartoon. And its got to 52 episodes..

Perhaps he's a scapegoat, but the guy in fucking charge of Marvel animation, and he's the guy out there making these idiotic comments about his vision, which is retarded and insulting to the intelligence of the viewers (yes I am talking about kids, not fanmen). The idea that kids can't follow stories that last more than one episode is ridiculous.

Like I said I don't believe half shit that Loeb supposedly said in that interview to be true especially after watching the last 8 episodes of AEMH that he had a hand in overseeing. Much like the wrestling dirtsheets, I think a lot of what gets reported about comic books related stories on the internet is either speculation or outright made up bullshit.

Thats the thing that gets me, how people totally miss that part of our posts. The show was ending before Loeb had a damn thing to do with it. It was Disney's decision to cancel the show and give work to their own animators. As I have said before a few times already to think Loeb can decide what gets cancelled or what gets aired is giving the man way to much credit. Disney will ultimately have any final say on what goes, comes, and whatever else is done with the Marvel animated universes.

So do I but there is not sense is saying that Marvel and Disney are shit because we aren't getting more. Does it suck that we aren't getting more, hell yes it does. At least we are gonna get something that could potentially be good or it could suck, at least having that potential is better than having nothing at all. If the next show is great all of this will be quickly forgotten and forgiven, if it sucks then there will be a lot of I told you so's to throw in peoples faces but until it actually airs we won't know for sure.

Yeah if he did actually say all those things then yes he is an idiot, that I will concede. Judging by what I have seen in episodes Along Came a Spider through Yellowjacket which I think Loeb was involved with all of them, they have all been just as good as all the episodes that happened before he got there. They have used story points and plots from earlier episodes even as far back as season one episodes. The continuity is still there and as I said dude don't believe all the shit you read online, over 75% of everything on the internet is complete bullshit when it comes to comics and wrestling.
