I couldn't make it past 1 episode of Alphas or the first DVD of the 4400, so Heroes wins by default I guess.

Really the same thing could be said about the 4400.
I haven't seen enough of Alphas yet to make a judgement.

Wow, I thought 4400 was pretty good. Sure there were not so great things, like Isabel, but I thought their story progression was pretty interesting.

I honestly think the same thing happened with BSG. Season 1 was off the charts good, what followed didn't measure up.

I can buy it. I liked the development of promethium and the revelation of a war in the future though.

The Season 2 premiere of Syfy's 'Alphas' on Monday drew 1.7 million total viewers, according to the network.
The premiere was up double digits in ratings compared to the show's Season 1 finale across all key demograpics, including 24 percent in Adults 18-49, 25 percent in Adults 25-54 and 50 percent in total viewers.

Really enjoyed the first season of Heroes up to the season finale which was just stupid by description. After season 1 the good parts of the show were few and far between and by the final season the show was altogether just unwatchable. I don't I have finished the final season of the show yet, thats how bad it got IMO.
I liked 4400, it definitely felt like a alternate reality version of Rising Stars, and much like the comic the more it went on the less interesting it became. I would have liked to have seen more of the show though as it had some great potential they just weren't executing it well enough.
Alphas I haven't seen yet because it did look like such a knock off of these other shows, maybe I will check it out on Netflix sometime.

Heroes was a ton of great idea's in each season executed spectacularly bad. Including season 1.
Alphas seems ok. Nothing special but ok.
Never bothered with the 4400. Should I?

Well, the first season is like 5 episodes. I'd say check that out and see if you like it.
The problem is that the series never really concludes so be warned.

Anyone watch Alphas this week? They have a new character who is basically
.
However, Liefeld is an enigma wrapped in a pouch-filled, muscular, footless conundrum.

I thought that was a good episode.
