I am sure he will also have the GL emblem his chrome spinners for his wheels, form the Green Lantern posse and probably have a rap video with Aresia, the Star Sapphires, Boodikka and Carol Ferris as video hoes.

There are no words.  The new Green Lantern, recently featured in DC's Free Comic Book Day Special, is being featured in September's Green Lantern #0, and guess what he's carrying in addition to the most powerful weapon in the universe?

A gun.  That's right, the new, African-American Green Lantern, is packing some heat in addition to his Green Lantern ring.  He's also sporting a gimp mask and forearm tattoos. Sad.  So, so sad.

My theory behind this is that Didio and Johns brought Tupac back to life during the Brightest Day event and decided to make him a Green Lantern or Thug Lantern as he likes to be called. Very soon, they will probably bring back Biggie as part of the Sinestro Corps which will lead to another East/ West Coast War with the Green Lantern Corps involved.
Also, Puffy will team up with Larfreeze to form a new record label to extort rappers and Green Lantern members and Suge Knight will becomes a Guardian and dangle Guy Gardner over a balcony like he did Vanilla Ice. I can imagine Didio and Johns writing those stories even as we speak.
