Demolition Man. I'd like to see Cap do right by his former partner and all this Bendis nonsense to be explained coherently.

I'd like to see the Blazing Skull again.

I'd also like to see Cap and Diamondback... and Constrictor. I want to see that story resolved. I think I'd like that done by Slott or Gage though.

Blazing Skull is great.

And yes to the second one. I would like to see that resolved as well with a stint in Thunderbolts for both Diamondback and Constrictor.
