Does anyone get the impression that Black Panther and Storm and Luke Cage and Jessica Jones are heading for divorce court soon? After Jessica walked out on Luke after the Dark Avengers storyline and the conflict Storm and Black Panther had during AVX, would anyone be surprised that their marriages are over?
Storm basically called Black Panther her estranged husband recently and Jessica has yet to show up again in regards to Luke, so I am betting that there is little chance for reconciliation at this point. Could I be wrong and maybe they will all work things out? Possibly. However, we all know what happens to marriages under the Quesada Marvel-either they get retconned out of existence by making deals with the devil or just end on a very nasty note.

All T'Challa and Luke have to do is just take a number.

Well, we all know that the relationship between her and Cyclops won't last so anything is possible. Besides, we all know how much Luke Cage likes white women.

What are you talking about now? Emma has been in a committed relationship with Scott for years. As far as I remember, the only time that she did anything that could be considered "cheating" was when she was under the control of Unit.

I can see her mentally pretending to be Storm in order to get with T'Challa like she did with Scott where Jean was concerned? I hope T'Challa has a prenup for when that happens when Storm tries to take Wakanda in the divorce settlement.

A relationship with Scott that was a result of her screwing him when he was still with Jean. Although Scott was to blame for his actions, Emma earned homewrecker status for this act.

Black Panther can do better than some brainwashed sheep that was willing to fight her husband just so her boss could hold on to some idea of vanity.

really, the Xmen (outside of a few) have no dog in the fight, and its laughable they they are risking their lives and relationships for what is basically Scott Summers' pet project.

Unless Storm gives some really good sex in the sack, I do think that BP should take this into consideration. As for your other points, exactly my own from the get-go. The whole AVX saga is more like a videogame than an actual event.

Fact: Scott and Emma never started a relationship or actually had sex until after Jean had died and given them her blessing to proceed forward as a couple. What happened while Jean was alive was the implied beginnings of a psychic affair that started as a direct result of Scott asking Emma for help coping with the long term effects of his merging with Apocalypse. During the psychic therapy sessions, Scott began to fall for Emma as he began to come to realize that his connection to Jean was not as close as it once had been.

While I have never been a fan of long-term relationships, especially marriages, being terminated in comics, at least Scott and Jean's didn't have some type of piss poor retcon that just magically undid it. It was a realistic (well, as realistic as a story involving mutants and psychic therapy can be) story that showed us one relationship coming to an end while another relationship was starting. The fact remains that Jean gave them her blessing and she even told Scott before she died that she harbored no ill will toward him. They had simply drifted apart.

Which was a good example of bad writing and Quesada's anti-marriage vendetta. Regardless of whether or not it was a physical affair when Jean was still alive, she was still pretty much upset at both of them when she saw them in bed together. Also, that part about Jean giving them her blessings afterwards was utter rubbish writing wise and the fact that Scott and Emma had sex on her grave was blatantly disrespectful to Jean's memory. The Jean I know would have TK blitzed Emma all the way to Genosha and would have dropped an anvil on Scott's head- I honestly wonder what Quesada and co were high on when they allowed Morrisson to write that crap? As I said before, under the Quesada Marvel, marriages and relationships are doomed to end in hearbreak and Ororo and T'Challa and Jessica and Luke seem to be the next casualties.

You can call it bad writing all you want, New X-Men was one of the best runs on any X-Book since the turn of the century. Although, I will agree with you that Quesada has some sort of weird anti-marriage fetish.

...except for the fact that the incident that you are referencing absolutely never happened. They embraced and they kissed, once again at Jean's urging but there was no sex on the grave.

Except that would be hypocritical of her since she did cheat on Scott when she made out with Wolverine in Uncanny X-Men, prior to the events in New X-Men. So she wouldn't exactly be guilt free in this situation.
