Cypher was always one of my favorite X-Men. In fact, I secretly thought he was gay. And then he died. Which just might prove I was right.

I suppose the problems with Stacy X could be attributed to Joe Casey's attitude towards the X-Men. I recall reading that he got tired of writing the X-Men after a while. Still, Stacy X's appearance in Vengeance was sweet.

I agree (Nurse Annie and Fishboy) but Stacy X was a really bad character.

I thought the place that Stacy worked at was a cool idea. Actually, some of the best ideas in the X-books in the last decade came from Morrison and Casey (though that ain't saying much).

He's was a one-dimensional character who served a single purpose in a mediocre story prolonged over way too many issues. But he made the book cute!

I think the best thing Austen did was bring Northstar into the mix.

There is just no way the amount of hate for Maggot and Joseph is in anyway unjustified. They were DOA on arrival. Maggot??? Really??? And the stupid Magneto clone...the less said, the better.
