besides the fact that this has been a building thing, you really don't think people in real life can change drastically in a short time? I've had things change my life at a moment's notice, and I've seen friends change personalities because of having babies, losing loved ones, joining the military, etc.... all in a matter of months, these people have changed worldviews, why can't a character in a comic change his views?
I don't think people change as drastically as you think. THEY may think they have. They may even put on the trappings of that persona, but deep down, people rarely change.
Much less a 200 year old...

I'm really glad Wolverine has kept the kids safe and protected them from being attacked at the Jean Grey school. It's nice how that place has been left alone by everyone so the kids can just learn and be normal.
However, Liefeld is an enigma wrapped in a pouch-filled, muscular, footless conundrum.

Yeah, because being attacked and being actively used as soldiers is the exact same thing.

Sticking your head in the sand is much better.

Personally, I think Private Gabriel Mutant Soldier should be grateful that Thor didn't use deadly force when it could have easily have been justified. From what I read, the kid was about ready to pull out a gun and shoot Thor. No one would have questioned Thor had he used his hammer to crush the kid instead of giving him a friendly love tap to the stomach.
You mutant lovers are horrible people. Sometimes, you have to punch a few teenagers in order to advance a plotline along. You make it sound like this kid has feelings or something, when Cyclops specifically told him to kill anything that passed through that wall. His eyes are those of a cold-blooded killer. Thor should have killed him, IMO.

Trying to throw them into Thor's mouth and get him to choke, IMO. Cap should have put two in his skull.

what you don't know is that the stupid mutant freak's brain is in his stomach - Thor was going for the kill shot
Skittles are dangerous, especially in the hands of kids playing video games at home

He really is! First he hires Norman Osborn, a know criminal/sociopath/etc and puts him in charge of America’s defense. And when that blows up in his face he hires Steve Rogers, who was last seen going to trial for crimes against America.

Not the first criminal he's hired either!
