Lol I'm not much of a historical marvel guy like I am dc (my jla knowledge is legendary AND useless) so.... Who if anyone has been raped in a marvel comic

Ms Marvel was brainwashed, seduced, and impregnated by Marcus in a truly twisted plot-line.

And the lively debates are still going on about the Chameleon having sex with Peter Parker's roommate while he was disguised as Peter (she was thinking she was having sex with Peter).

Kevin Smith had Black Cat date raped (retroactively) in college.

Greg Rucka had Ultimate Elektra's college roomate date-raped which was the impetus to her (Elektra) becoming a bad guy.
