It just occurred to me that some of you might be unaware of this, so I thought I'd post it. Long story short, a virus called DNSChanger was released last year that affected a lot of computers and made them go through fake DNS servers. A DNS server is the thing that tells your computer when you look for www.theouthousers.com to go to whatever the IP address is that The Outhouse is located it.

The FBI busted these people last year and found that millions were infected and using the servers. If they shut them down, they would lose their internet and not know what the fuck happened. So the FBI decided to turn the servers into real DNS servers, and keep them operating for a while to give them a chance to get the word out and get people to fix it.

They shut the servers down on July 9th, in a few days. Millions of people are still using the servers, meaning they are still infected.

It will tell you whether you are using real DNS servers or the bad ones.
