My ex and I broke up about 5 months ago. We were sharing an apartment and broke the lease when we both moved out. The final bill for breaking the lease was $1300 of which she agreed to pay half. Of course she won't answer her phone now.

She also still owes me $400 for a truck payment loan and $700 for a vacation we took in January.

Do I sue her? Or just be thankful she's gone and eat it?
