The two villians being hit with the Quarter are Captain Ware and Mistress tear
the Woman standing over the Quartermaster is the Scarlett Stylist. His sidekick is Pennywise

Work has been crazy after the NYCC so my work load has slown down a bit . Now it starting to get back normal
