I really liked this movie. I thought Demi put in a great performance. Viggo Mortensen was good. Awesome training sequences and good action.

So, anyone else with me?

never seen it.

I don't like movies that are empowering for women and encourage them to come out of the kitchen.

I'm with you on this one jsalwen. I liked G.I. Jane, good movie.
.......Now only if we can get a good script for a female superhero movie like this.

I liked GI Jane. Though I thought they could have Ramboised GI Jane with sequels (I mean in a good way). Since they got the glass celling issues dealt with in the first movie, they could then do Bad Ass Chick kicking ass movies.

I actually like the training portions of military movies and books better than the rest of the actual movies and books. I can barelly remember what happens in Full Mettle Jacket after they get out of Boot Camp. Every thing before is unforgettable. The Best book in the Halo series is the prequel book. It explains how the Master Chief became a Spartan.

Demi Moore freaks me out. Even back then she was kind of strange looking, but today, WOW, she is freakish. I don't understand why people get plastic surgery. It doesn't look good.

Hideous.

She looks much better in the one on the left. God forbid a 40 year old woman look like a 40 yeah old. I bet she would get MORE parts if she didn't look like a freak of nature.
