I'm sorry. I really don't know much about the character other than the scar thing.

Is this close to his origin, or did you make most of it up?

I can almost hear her.

Gotham is weeping.

If I cared, I would shed a tear of ice.

Weep, Gotham.

Weep for the warmed hearts of your children before my vengence freezes them all to the soul.
