Daughters of the Smoke... that's a cool name.

These next four characters were originally meant to be redesigns of an obscure DC lame bad guy group. But, I liked the designs so much that I decided to keep them for myself and flesh them out more. Thus the Eon Knights were born.

Here's something I did in my sketchbook at lunch today. Actually, at lunch and while waiting for the dentist. I had to transfer the logo design from my legal pad sans the notes and "this guy is reeeeaaaaalllly boring" scriblings on the side.

She smelled of cordite and freshly spilled blood.
An imperfect angel drenched in the smoke - black color of death.
Her hair carried the scent of spent shells and burning vengeance.
Her visage a frozen scream of broken bone and torn flesh.
Salvation with twin guns. A hellion of heavenly fire, tattooed upon a cross of violent sins.
The reaper. The Balancer. The Ghost of the Seventh Soul. Santa Paula.
Pray. Repent. Relent. Die...slow and wet, in the dark soul of her cold embrace. "Vengeance is mine" sayeth the Lord..."and this is My instrument of retribution."
