Yes that's Kristoff. He took Doom's place fueded with a exiled Dr. Doom who came back to find a snot nosed punk in his seat. It's only in FF 350 we find out that the Doom we thought was the real Doom in exile is a Doombot and the real true Doom takes over. Doom is so awesome even his double have an ego and are pure badass!
