For me it was the College Years, and really only then because our antenna couldn't pick up the channel that aired it. Boy that made me so mad.

Watching the College Years this morning made me come up with the question. Zack was trying to be a goody-goody (you guys remember all the times he'd sneak out of class, cheat on his homework, etc.), Slater had another nagging girlfriend, they NEVER drank, stayed up late or tried the things that were illegal for them in high school, Zack was trying to get Kelly to go steady with him but she was dating the teacher, Zack put on a LOT of weight between the graduation and starting college...

Personally, I think they jumped the shark when Kelly came back in. C'mon, what are the odds that 4 high school friends, who were all accepted to different schools, just happen to be neighbors in an okay (not great, not poor) school far off from home? Would have liked seeing Zack, Slater and Screech enjoying the single life in college for awhile with nothing steady happening. But no... they brought Kelly in after what, the second episode?

Kelly wasn't in the pilot, but they brought her in when it went to series.

Also, what happened to Zack going to Yale, as he indicated in the final episode? Apparently, all Yale needed was a 1500 SAT, which he somehow got completely at random.

And yet, there he was with Screech and Slater.

He got a 1500 or so iirc.

I think the REAL poin that SBTB jumped it was in the earthquake episode where Belding and Mrs.Belding are stuck in the elevator with Zach and Tori. Mrs. Belding gives birth and names the baby after Zach.

Forgot about that one. The one with the never-before-seen or mentioned faculty elevator? The only time we saw Miss Belding or heard a mention of the baby? The one where Screech makes a joke about the baby being bald which was cut out of later showings? Yeah, that sucked.

So I'm watching The College Years... it's just weird. The theme song isn't really as catchy as the original one, it's just not as funny... it's almost a chore watching it sometimes.
