It's refreshing to see a healthy, married couple working together to solve larger issues in the DC Universe. :-D

I'm not sure that they are currently married. Even in this issue the Atlantean council snarkily refers to her as his "consort".
I liked this issue. Parker has a different voice than Johns but I enjoyed the Silver Age vibe of Arthur battling some previously-dormant undersea giant. Maybe he's trying to cash in on the upcoming "Godzilla"-fever :P
And it was nice to see a cover that made sense by having that scene played out inside the book 8)

I haven't picked up my comics, so I haven't read the issue yet but right there in the preview an Atlantian refers to Mera as his "queen." In any Monarchy, Mera would have to be married to the king to be the queen. :P
