Since it is needed in to story. Seriously I'm not sure how, but for some reason him having it does not bother me as much.

The final issue? Maybe for a year until they can relaunch it with number 600.

Looks good though, I haven't been reading FF but I might pick this issue up, though it would probably make more sense to just buy the trades.

No, it's back next month with a new #1.
Seems like a good jumping off point, to be honest. I have no interest in Spidey and those white costumes do nothing for me...
