For all of those who miss the Loeb/Sale Capt. America 'White' I offer a story that has been 10 years in the making.
It was triggered by a piece of art work I had seen in the Newspaper after 9-11. It was of Cap standing above the NY City Skyline over the Twin Towers with his hands in his head crying. "That is not Cap." I thought. Cap has been through this before, it created him.

He was a scrappy little guy who still had his patriotism rise up and as small as he was he wanted to defend her. I have done a lot of research into this character and I can identify with him being out of his element of the 40's. The United States was in many aspects a better place.

I have always felt I was born too late. Cap is a conservative and so is Nick Fury. This takes place the night of 9-11. When the head of shield operations is still under the old administration who had a different if not any way to deal with terrorism.

I tried to keep this story as believable as possible. Every word from Fury's mouth is the truth and can be backed up by googling it. It is a conspiracy wrapped in 100 years of fact.
I hope this will make for some interesting yet controversial discussion on this thread.

Just to be clear, you believe that aliens invaded New York as chronicled by Orson Wells and that Nazis had werewolves? These are the "facts" you believe?

Wow, you fell for that, see you would have been one of those people who fell for Orson Welles' fake.....FAKE invasion. I never said it was a real invasion, where did you read that? Now i could be nasty and say something like "Next time have mommy read it and explain it to you." but i won't.

Now if you would like to have a civil conversation I could have a discussion with you about where you went wrong. If not I could tell you where to shove your idiot's guide.

As long as I am not making money on their character Marvel can't do anything.

And if we really want to talk about copyrights maybe Marvel should give the Capt. America rights back to Simon & Kirby.

And the rights to all the Marvel Characters Jack created.
I think it's a crime. Funny, there are no Superheroes to help.

Okay, so no to the alien invasion but yes to the Nazi werewolves?

Seriously, I'm just trying to sort things out here and figure out where your comic is going.

Um I definitely counted three postings. Fourthy probably caught it on the second posting or when one of the three got shut down.

And I disagree with the notion that 616 Captain America is a conservative. While he is a man out of time, he has been shown to be

1. a product of FDR's various programs including the arts programs that FDR supported
2. more of a civil libertarian than either a liberal or conservative. He believes in the idea of America rather than supporting either political idealogy.
