Companies to submit work to if you're a writer/creator, etc.

Do you have a comic or other project you want to promote? Feel free to post about it here, but don't just post and run. Feel free to move this thread if it's in the wrong place.

I'm looking for companies to submit to as a writer, not as an artist.

So far companies that will even accept submissions that I found are:

Avatar Press.

Antartic Press

Dark Horse

TokyoPop

Marvel if you're established.

Anyone else know of anymore companies? Indy or otherwise?

Yea, maybe.

I think DarkHorse is a company I want to shoot for first. I like how they approach comics and the different genres and formats they've tried. To me they're creative and cutting edge w/o sacrificing quality.
