I don't know of any free programs to alter an OBJ file. Modeling software is pretty tough to use.
However, Liefeld is an enigma wrapped in a pouch-filled, muscular, footless conundrum.

Meh. That stuff doesn't scare me. I used to be a production engineer and built injection molding machines in Autocad and Unigraphics.
