I still love this program. Was just using it to design a shoerack. Gonna go and make my third idea now, because the first idea is a definite no, and the second seems too massive even though it's really simple. I want something much simpler and maybe more inexpensive.

BTW, I just started using plug-ins for SketchUp. One's called Proper Animation and it seems very useful. And I'm checking out VRay rendering, and it seems great too. You guys know of any great and free plug-ins I can use?

Really tempted to buy a student Pro licence but I don't think I need it that much--I'll use the lab if I need to use SketchUp Pro.

Even shoe racks are hard to design. I think I'll call it quits for now. There's another idea for a shoe rack I want to at least start on for today but SketchUp doesn't seem like a good tool for it--more like Rhino given the strange shapes.
