Fuck ... deviantART is screwing with my images! Hopefully, it's just a temporary glitch with DA.

Anyway, here's a healthy art dump. Some of it is good, some of it isn't ... I'll let you decide which you like and which you don't.

Heh. She listens to an (assumedly) fictional band called "Unclean Thots," which looks and sounds like a metal band, so I tossed in Avenged Sevenfold to fill out the wall space.

DA has been weird this month. My gallery has been rearranged on it's own a few times now. I thought some of my newer uploads were deleted, but they were moved to the back to the last page of my gallery, behind the first images I ever uploaded. Oy :smt101

and good work as always!

If you can recognize any of the three guys in the last image, you just figured out what my Project is based on.

Well, I've abandoned Project Y to work on a webcomic with a friend (coming soon ... I'll keep you posted). I'll have a lot of concept art from that to post once it's cleared for public consumption.

Meanwhile, here's some other stuff I've been doing, including a short Spider-Man Christmas story.

Here's a little fun with Superman. I wanted to try out my new markers, so I whipped this up. First, the lineart:

I did this one with my Pigma Brush pen -- it's a pen with a flexible brush tip. I don't have the steadiness in my wrist to use a brush, so this lets me make brush-like strokes with the precision of a pen. Then, I jumped in with my Cool Grey 20% and Cool Grey 50% Prismacolor markers:

This is a remake of the cover to the upcoming The Many Loves of the Amazing Spider-Man, which I did as part of an artist's challenge.

It's been a while since I've posted pencils, and of course Green Lantern is "hot" right now, so this one was a no-brainer!
