He'd actually provide a reliable option and open things up for their perimeter guys. I don't buy the argument that Heinrich, Gordon, etc. have suddenly lost talent. It's just so much easier to defend them when there's no balance on the floor. Rose will face the same obstacle.

Because he's way undersized and probably won't be able to take the pounding. He's under 240 lbs and will just get manhandled

If he really is as tough as they make him out to be, he's an instant upgrade over Joe Smith. You can't say the Cavs can't bang. It's just that they can't hit the broad side of a barn.

How is MJ still running the Bobcats without oversight? He has an eye for talent, but sometimes you have to be practical.

So CDR and DeAndre Jordan slip to the second round. I'm really surprised.

me too. and i'm goddamn stunned that Sharpe got drafted ahead of CDR...sometimes i think that GMs just get sleep-deprivation-induced temporary amnesia during the draft and they forget who hasn't been drafted yet...

Cavs should make a trade to get a pick in the 2nd as soon as they can, and get CDR.

No, Portland is set up perfectly. That's a collection of talent if I've seen one.
