This one should be locked.
"Why are you pointing your screwdrivers like that? They're scientific instruments, not water pistols."
"Oh, the pointing again! They're screwdrivers! What are you going to do? Assemble a cabinet at them?"
"Are you capable of speaking without flapping your hands about?"
""Timey" what? "Timey wimey"?"

Heavy Object Light Novels by A Certain Magical Index's Kamachi Get TV Anime

The Dengeki Bunko Aki no Saiten (Dengeki Bunko Fall Festival) event announced on Sunday that a television anime adaptation of the Heavy Object light novel series by Kazuma Kamachi (A Certain Magical Index) has been green-lit. The science-fiction war action story revolves around Objects — powerful, massive weapons that change the course of warfare — and Elite Object pilots. An odd Elite girl named Milinda meets Quenser, a student who aims to become a Object mechanic, with the soldier-in-training Heivia on a snowy battlefield.

Cool Japan Fund Allocates 14 Billion Yen for Overseas Projects

Cool Japan Fund Inc. will invest 14 billion yen (about US$128.1 million) in four overseas projects focused on raising demand for Japanese products and goods. One project includes the Delaware-based Tokyo Otaku Mode website, a store focusing on Japanese products including costumes, stuffed animals, anime tie-in goods, figures, and more.

The company secured 1.5 billion yen (US$13.7 million) from the government invest fund over the next three years to work with Japanese companies to "advance into overseas markets." The company also plans to use the funds to expand its e-commerce market, hire new engineers, improve mobile support, establish more overseas distribution centers, and implement new marketing campaigns.

"Cool Japan" is a program supported by the Japanese government and various companies that promotes modern Japanese culture such as anime and manga abroad.
