Here's an update with the last list, only a few more shows to see for this season.

Bodacious Space Pirates ***/*** - Continuing from the last season, still a well all around done series with lots of potential to be better.
Kore wa Zombie desu ka of the Dead ***/*** - The new season is awesome based on just the first episode. Picks up where it left off with new problems arising for our heroes.
Accel World ***/*** - This one is a hit out of the park with the first episode. I was impressed. This could be the best new show and one of the best of the year. Well animated and several interesting concepts concerning virtual worlds. If you like Hack and or Tron... this is for you. Could move up in the ranks to the top.
Gundam AGE ***/*** - Continuing Gundam action. The show's second of three parts are coming to a conclusion and the deaths of the second era cast are mounting. Really, if I was not a Gundam fan, this show would get a lower ranking.

Aquarion EVOL **/*** - A surprise series for me that's continuing. Well animated but while filled with stupid, it's got some enjoyable characters and is growing in story.
Saint Seiya Omega **/*** - Sequel series of sorts of the 80s classic Saint Seiya. I liked Saint Seiya and this is not bad so far. but it's not all that great either. Maybe it'll get better, but then it may not. You do not need to know anything of the prior show to enjoy this show. Ranking mostly due being a fan of the franchise.
Lupin III - Mine Fujiko to Iu Onna **/*** - Wow. It's like seeing manga come alive. It's a prequel of sorts, focusing on how Lupin came to know and get Fujiko to be his girl. Think Batman and Catwoman... if Batman was also a thief. Great first episode. Warning... lots of her naked or topless. Over the top action as expected. Could rise in the ranks.
Sankarea **/*** - This show could climb in the ranks for me. It's a another one of those stories that will have twists and turns to it. Basically, a high school boy has a fanship of all things zombies. He meets a girl at this abandoned building/complex.. where she goes to to scream down a well. Seems her life is really f-ed up. They begin a romance. This is either going to be a Bakamonogatori lite type of show or something less. Only more episodes will tell.
Tasogare Otome x Amnesia (Dusk Maiden of Amnesia) **/*** - Kind of cute and funny story about a ghost girl who heads the paranormal club of the school she's haunting. She's got a crush on the one boy in the club and it goes from there like most other shows with other girls being jealous. Not badly animated and the redo of the opening half showing her was nicely done.
Acchi Kocchi **/*** - This one is silly cute fluff... with cat themes.. shut up. It's cute and a romance bit to it with silly fun characters. The animation is not bad and uses a cute style.
Jormungand **/*** - If you liked Black Lagoon, you will enjoy this show too. Nothing cute about it. This show is either going to get better of just stay at this level. It's a good level and a refreshing change from all the rest of the anime.
Zetman **/*** - I was/am a fan of the mangaka behind this series, yet passed on the manga as he's gotten very dark for my tastes. Hard to believe it's the same fellow who started off with Wingman. A dark show that looks as though it'll get darker. Well animated.
Ozma **/*** - I like Starblazers aka Space Cruise Yamato and Captain Harlock a lot. They were major reasons why I got into anime and manga waaaay back. So this is ranked here because it's from the same mangaka. But so far... boring. Ships that travel under sand instead of water on a burnt out Earth in the far future.
Saki: Achiga-hen episode of side-A **/*** - I'm interested in the game of Mahjong, so I watched the last Saki series and liked it. This one is a reboot and kind of boring. I'll watch it for the BS games. Could drop in ranking.

Medaka Box */*** - Silly show about an over achieving girl dragging along her child hood boyfriend (of sorts) with her. Boring.
Upotte!! */*** - Stupid show, but well animated. Are you gunfan? This is for you. Imagine an all girl school where the girls are assault guns. Okay, I'll cut this short and say this show had me saying wtf a lot. Stupid show. Okay more on it... the girls are all assigned rifles/guns based on the countries they are born in. They also tend to exhibit characteristics of the guns... ughhh.. braincells dying.... and they are of course typical teens.. with a new young male teacher.... with the main character fantasizing about him yet also getting pissed off at him and unloading several clips of ammo at him..... braincells dying.....
Sengoku Collection */*** - Potential to make me up chuck. Cute formula story okay animation.
Haiyore! Nyaruko-san */*** - Silly, very silly. Lots of anime jokes but really just too silly for me. If you're a fan of HP Lovecraft... you will hate this. Basically, an alien girl with a crowbar... an over the top goofball... I'll leave it there. In a vein similar to Sengoku Collection with the goofballness and 4th wall breaking.
Nazo no Kanojo X (Mysterious Girlfriend X) */*** - Boring with average animation. Boy meets weird girl, they decide to start a romance that will lead to them giving up their virginity to one another. Boring so far and I can't find any appeal to it.
Natsu-Iro Kiseki */*** - Well animated. Four girls keep making wishes on this big "wish rock" at a local shrine... the wishes always come true for them. Add soap opera girl angst... bored the living hell out of me. They basically all want to be major Idol Singers.... don't ask me... I'm trying not to throw up... sadly, it is well animated and one of the best ones. Same folks that animated Ano Natsu de Matteru (A show that I enjoyed last season ***/***).
