I found a book I want at a decent price, and with the shipping it's still decent. I just want to know if it's reliable like ebay/paypal or not?

Amazon Marketplace, if I'm thinking right, is basically the part of Amazon where you're not buying from Amazon, but from private sellers, yes?

If so, then yeah. I've bought quite a few things that way, and I've never yet had a problem...

I've bought all kinds of stuff from there. The one time I had a problem was ordering a very rare book and the seller wasn't actually able to get a copy of it. I got the option to have a full refund, stay on a waiting list, or select another product.

yeah, save the money. By the time you get there, the American dollar will probably be twice as less as the Ruble. (sp?)

but I've bought a few trades from both Amazon and Amazon market, and never had problems with either. In fact, I'm kind of addicted to Amazon... and I'm not talking about the women. Well, maybe Kathleen Turner...

Yeah, Amazon Marketplace is fine. The Ben Thanh market is better though. I got The Quiet American for three dollars. I am pleased with my morning.

I've had quite a few problems with it, but all have been resolved by Amazon. If you get screwed over by a seller and the seller doesn't make amends (or respond to your requests for amends of some sort), Amazon sees to it your credit card/debit card is refunded for the full amount, including shipping...and then I presume they go after the company.

OH, once you've purchased the country, can I buy St.Petersburg from you? I've always loved the combination of the words Saint and Peter in the same breath.
