So a friend of mine invited me to Google+ so I clicked the link. It prompted me to input my first and last name, gender, possibly a picture, etc and then it brought me to the main page area. After searching for my various friends, I signed out. Problem is, it never asked me for an email address or a password, so now I have absolutely no clue how to re-access the account. So, my question is, does anyone on Google+ know how to help me?

Do you have a gmail addy that you are signed in to normally? If so, it might have used that account to sign you in.

I have a gmail account, but I wasn't signed in at that time. I tried logging in with that account, but it told me I didn't have a Google+ account with that email. My friend invited me via my yahoo email

Try logging into your yahoo account in one tab and then go to the Google+ page in another. It works that way with Gmail and youtube. If I long into one of those it automatically lets me on to Google+.

It should, and I'm just guessing, probably have just automatically used the email they sent thr invite to. You clicked the link from there, I would think its just like when you sign up for something online and they email you something to authenticate your account...
