Confirmed at the NYCC, Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes Season Two has been delayed until 2012.
During the NYCC panel, Christopher Yost (story editor for the series) and Josh Fine (supervising producer) confirmed that the show's original season premiere (that was to debut this October) was put on hold until 2012.
However, when it'll be shown is were conflicting stories and sources go they are heresay. Still, this report will list the two conflicting reports. One that the show will return sometime in Spring 2012 with the live action movie adaptation hits movie screens (much like this past year the show aired it's remaining episodes in the States around the two movie versions of two of it's members: Thor and Captain America). The other report says the show won't return until the fall of 2012 airing alongside the new Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon.
Regardless, the season two premiere, "The Private War of Doctor Doom" (featuring the iconic Marvel villain, Dr. Doom and his arch foes the Fantastic Four), was shown at both SDCC and NYCC this confirming the Season Two episodes are in the can. The only question is when they'll be aired and if another country will show them before they're shown in the States. This reporter will keep you updated when that happens. Until then, here's the Season Two trailer:

I think you automatically lose all arguments from now on, simply due to the fact that the only person willing to back you up is batshit insane!" - Dragavon "Everything I know I learned from reading your posts." - Nietoperz

Isn't he dead already?

Banner has been on the show more than a few times, including a pretty memorable scene where Hawkeye tells the Hulk he'll kick his ass and then the Hulk laughs so hard he turns back into Banner.

I'm pretty sure it's in the Gamma World two part episode.
Also, there's the conversation Banner and Hulk have where Hulk agrees to help the Avengers if Banner is willing to stay out of the way and leave him in control, which explains why Hulk doesn't turn into Banner too often. Can't remember which episode that's in, but I think it's when he first joins the team early in the season.

I know it's just such a cop out is all. Are we to believe that at night Hulk sleeps in his bed at avengers mansion? Are the toilets and plumbing shielded for radioactive stool?

Seeing as how season two is being worked on and episodes are in the can already, i don't see it happening. Especially with Avengers being the big thing next summer.
