It's a nice neighborhood and it seems very quiet. I haven't really seen the neighbors out and about yet.

My house has a natural barrier of trees all around it so it keeps us somewhat secluded which I like.

yeah, it depends on where you live. i prefer my area's tap water to most bottled crap.

In this area of NC, there are plenty of people in the counties that live on 'well water'. I've never lived outside a municipality, so I have an aversion to well water and septic tanks, but some people swear by them. I prefer to live with the knowledge that sewage is flowing away from my property, not sitting in a huge underground tank.

ugh. Gulf Coast water? yeah, avoid that shit like the plague. because it probably HAS the plague.

My wife once brought a hot glue gun and a sewing machine into the Man-Room I had to crank up some Metallica on the stereo and some porn on the big TV to ward away the feminine spirits.
