Something I wish Borderlands had taken from Diablo was the idea that modifiers that your character got from skills would show up. Like for example: the soldier has a skill that increases damage of the weapons. But the number value for the weapon damage doesn't change. So you really have no idea how much more damage you're doing. Stuff like that.
